• The investment provides a comprehensive educational experience designed to promote sustained behavior change needed to qualify and prepare for positions of highest operational and corporate responsibility. 
• The program includes three three-day learning modules conducted several months apart to allow participants to practice application of new learning. 
• They are supported by assessment instruments, sponsors within their organization, NHCC mentors and advisors, and peer accountability within the participant group. 
• Participants work together on cross functional and cross industry projects to further practice application of new learning. 
• Instruction is supplemented by executive lunch and dinner speakers. 
• Program fee supports this twelve month learning experience, 9 days of instruction and application support; it includes executive advisor, executive mentor, all course materials, breakfasts, lunches, and two group dinners.
