Goals

• Support NHCC member companies in developing Hispanic leaders to meet the needs of an expanding talent pool and global markets.
• Deliver a practical, interactive and hands-on learning experience in leadership development to selected high potential Hispanic mid-level managers (managers, senior managers and directors).
• Accelerate leadership development of NHCC-CEDP participants for sustained success and selection into executive strategic positions within corporate America.
