  • Leverage new and existing NHCC relationships to assemble a cadre of faculty, advisors and mentors to deliver the NHCC-CEDP curriculum.
  • Use a multi-phase approach to engage participants to promote application of learning and sustained behavior change.
  • Engage corporate leaders in expanding learning experiences and mentoring relationships with participants to promote application of their learning experiences.
  • Accelerate NHCC-CEDP participant development through networking with program graduates.
