Works closely with the Director of Operations; assists in the day-to-day management of operations and member services; manages the membership database and member's library; responsible for the coordination and execution of Membership Meetings, CEO Forums, Think Tanks and Webinar series; assists with the development of marketing materials for program, conference and related events; handles all collateral items for NHCC activities; responsible for the dissemination of the organization's communications, national newsletters, press releases and "White Papers".
