Event policy

Registrations:

Member Companies in good standing receive six (6) complimentary registrations annually to be used between two conferences. We recommend using three (3) for spring member meeting and three (3) for fall member meeting. These registrations are not transferable unless extended to a non-member or prospective Fortune 1000 company to attend member meeting as your guest. See Guest Policy.

Additional registrations:

Additional member company registrations are available at $750. This is a non-refundable fee.

Guest Policy:

A member company can extend an invitation to a prospective company or companies to attend a member meeting for recruitment purposes. The invited guest company must meet membership criteria and must be a member of the Fortune 1000 company or equivalent standing. NHCC has the final approval on extending complimentary registration.

Not eligible to attend meetings:

Non-profits, government agency, individuals and companies not considered as a Fortune 1000 company are not eligible to attend member meetings .

Welcome Reception:

This reception is open to all members, partners and non-on-members. Registration is still needed.

The NHCC has upgraded the registration process to support this policy.
