
The 2012 NHCC Spring Member Meeting & Think Tank co-sponsored by Shell and Williams focused on "Leveraging the Energy of Relationships". Relationships are the foundation for success in our personal and professional lives. Investing energy in our relationships at work, at home and our communities influences our world view and the impact we have on those around us.

The 2011 Fall Member Meeting held in Omaha, NE was comprised of a wide range of speakers from disciplines ranging from Social Media, Employee Resource Groups and Business Ethics in Diversity & Inclusion. Our signature bi-annual conference was reformatted to include concurrent tracks in Marketing and Employee Resource Groups that enable a variety of members to attend. A Leadership Development Session was incorporated so NHCC members could sample the NHCC-SMU Cox collaboration that addresses the business case for preparing high potential Hispanic leaders for the topmost levels of corporate responsibility.

The 2011 Spring Member Meeting explored best practices that delivered results in areas of Supplier Diversity, Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility. Furthermore, the In-School Program: College Edition provided its members an opportunity to connect with college students eager to learn about corporate careers.

The 2010 Fall Member Meeting held in Washington, D.C. focused on the importance of leadership in a global environment. Presenters focused on how American businesses continue to expand their presence by leveraging resources across the globe as well as nurturing diversity, new talents, and skills to gain competitive advantage.
