Personal benefit of NHCC on your career:
During my association with NHCC, I’ve benefited in three areas: career development, leadership development and networking opportunities. The workshops provided by NHCC have given me the opportunity to fine tune my career aspirations. Being the chairman of NHCC’s Education Committee is allowing me to hone my leadership skills. And finally, the opportunity to meet dynamic Hispanic leaders from other companies has been a big positive for me.

Value to your corporation as a result of membership:
Walmart has definitely benefitted from this partnership. We have hosted two membership meetings which have given us the opportunity to bring NHCC ‘in house’. There are untold benefits to having the exposure offered by being a host company. Walmart has attended and participated directly in the content delivery of the meetings allowing the company to have maximum positive exposure. It’s been a win-win.
