It has been an enriching experience for me since becoming a member of NHCC last year. The personal and professional benefits I have received are numerous. I have had the opportunity to be part of an environment where top professionals in leading industries come together to share and learn best practices around servicing and developing Latinos. It has been invaluable. I have also been able to stay connected to a network of professionals, enabling me to continue my education outside of the member meetings. As a current Board member, I have not only learned and developed, but have had the opportunity to contribute making my association with NHCC much more valuable.

Bringing back learnings to my corporation, Delhaize America (Food Lion LLC), has provided a deeper understanding of the need and importance of leveraging organizations like NHCC.
