ENSEMBLE ESPAÑOL SPANISH DANCE
THEATER TO PERFORM AT
NATIONAL HISPANIC CORPORATE COUNCIL GALA
Arlington, Va., Aug. 8, 2005 -- The National Hispanic Corporate
Council (NHCC) announced that the internationally acclaimed Ensemble
Espaņol Spanish Dance Theater will perform at its 20th anniversary
gala on Oct. 7 at Chicago's Union Station. Carlos Ponce, Latino
entertainer and television personality, was recently announced as
the gala's master of ceremonies.
Dame Libby Komaiko, who also serves as the artistic director for
the Ensemble Espaņol Spanish Dance Theater, founded the company in 1976.
The company, hailed as the center for Spanish dance in America, is in
residence at Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago.
