Elevating ERG Leadership
The Consortium of Latino Employee Organization (CLEO) is a cohort-based platform that offers ERG leaders opportunities to share best practices to elevate the performance, impact, governance, strategies, and programming of the employee resource group. The biannual programming convenes ERG leaders and subject-matter experts to highlight best practices and resources for ERG development. CLEO has five cohorts: Chicago, IL, Bay Area, CA, Twin Cities, MN, and National (virtual). New for 2025; Tri-State Hub (Metro New York City)
CLEO is powered by The National Hispanic Corporate Council (NHCC) in collaboration with DRR Advisors. NHCC is a licensed user of the Consortium of Latino Employee Organizations (CLEO) and the 4C Family of Trademarks owned by Dr. Robert Rodriguez Advisors, LLC.
