About the Role
Diversity and Inclusion is a high priority for Uber and we are seeking a Diversity Program Manager to play a critical role in drive ongoing D&I programs as well as communications with internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Manager both internal and external relationship with key conferences;
Overall oversight, implementation and operations of new and or existing D&I programs to create breakthroughs in measurable ways
Develop metrics for measuring the effectiveness of corporate diversity initiatives.
Create and implement communication strategies and content management for training, campaigns, and web resources to support D&I initiatives on various platforms to both internal & external audience.
Plan and manage all meetings/activities associated with driving the D&I strategy
Serve as liaison between internal stakeholder and D&I team.
Additional projects and tasks as our work evolves
What You’ll Need
Minimum 3 years related experience in Diversity & Inclusion.
Strong program management, process improvement experience & organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to create persuasive and clear written communications
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work with diverse people and groups in multicultural, cross-functional environments (internal and external)
The ability to work with statistics and present results in an understandable format
