Powered by The National Hispanic Corporate Council, we are thrilled to launch LEAP: The Leadership & Executive Accelerator Program. This learning experience is aimed at top-performing front-line leaders and middle managers looking for the next big jump in their careers. LEAP equips its participants with 9 executive leadership competencies that directly support fast-paced growth in their executive development.
The Leadership & Executive Accelerator Program (LEAP) is an executive leadership development program for rising executives. It is a six-month hybrid program featuring two 2-day immersions at the beginning and end of the program. The curriculum also features networking, capstone project, alumni connections, and other program elements. Program brochure is available upon request.

2027 Program Dates including Immersion I-III:
- Phase O: January 2027 - Virtual Orientation
- Phase I: February 2027 - TBA
- Phase II: March-June 2027 - Virtual Coursework
- Phase III: July 2027 - TBA
Participant Profile:
- Open to all
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- Current title: Senior Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents or related.
- Current employer: NHCC members, Fortune 1000 companies or major employers.
Participant Commitments:
- Must attend the virtual cohort orientation (scheduled for January 2027).
- Must attend the in-person immersion, phase 1 (scheduled for February 2027).
- Must attend all virtual programming, phase 2 (scheduled for March-July 2027).
- Must attend the in-person immersion, phase 3 (scheduled for July 2027).
- Must complete the capstone project.
- Must participate in the mentoring program.
- Must be willing to participate in the alumni connection (post-graduation).
Corporate Commitments:
- A company’s manager and/or executive sponsor must endorse the participant for eligibility.
- Must have manager’s approval and/or executive sponsor.
- The company must participate in the mentoring program. The company can nominate the mentor.
- The program requires the company to offer a capstone project to the participant.
- The program requires payment prior to the start of the cohort.
